This Privacy Policy explains how Delroba ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Delroba application and related services (the "Service"). Your privacy matters to us — please read this policy carefully.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you provide. When you register and build your profile, you give us details such as your name, date of birth, gender, photos, phone number, location preferences, language, religion, lifestyle answers, and any other content you choose to add to your profile or send via chat.
• Waitlist information. If you join the website waitlist, you provide your name, email address, city, platform preference, and any optional message you choose to submit so we can send the launch updates you requested.
• Information we collect automatically. When you use the Service, we receive device information (model, OS version), approximate location, app usage events, log data, and crash reports. We use cookies and similar technologies on our website.
• Information from third parties. If you sign in with Apple, Google, or another provider, we receive basic profile details from them. If you subscribe, we receive purchase confirmation data from Apple or Google.

2. How we use your information

• To operate Delroba — create your account, show your profile to compatible members, deliver matches and messages.
• To verify identity and keep the community safe — including reviewing reports and detecting abuse.
• To improve the Service — analyze usage, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• To communicate with you — about your account, support requests, and important updates.
• With your express consent, to send the launch updates, early access news, and release details you requested when joining the waitlist.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:

• With other members — your profile, photos, and prompts are visible to people who match Delroba's discovery criteria. You control what you publish.
• Service providers — trusted vendors that host our infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing) and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements — when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers — if Delroba is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred subject to this Policy.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile from the discovery service and delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention reasons.

If you join the waitlist, we keep your waitlist information only as long as needed to provide the launch communications you requested, unless you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it sooner.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Request a portable copy of your information.
• Withdraw consent at any time (which won't affect prior lawful processing).

You may withdraw your consent to receive waitlist emails at any time by using the unsubscribe option in our emails or by contacting us directly.

6. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your information. 7. Children

Delroba is for adults only. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. International transfers

Delroba operates globally. Your information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in, including jurisdictions where data-protection laws differ from yours. When we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by law.
