Welcome to Delroba ("Delroba", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Delroba application and any related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to use Delroba. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You may use only one account at a time and must not impersonate any person or entity.
- You agree to verify your identity (e.g., phone and photo verification) when prompted, in accordance with our community standards.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Delroba to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or harm another person, including hate speech of any kind.
- Post false, misleading, sexually explicit, or unlawful content; solicit money; or promote commercial activity without our written permission.
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access or extract data from the Service.
- Attempt to bypass safety features, age restrictions, or rate limits.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to access another user's account.
4. Content
You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you submit ("Content"). By posting Content on Delroba you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that Content for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.
We may remove Content that violates these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law.
5. Membership & payments
Delroba offers optional paid membership tiers. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled in your store account. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. Prices, durations, and features of memberships may change; we will provide notice for material changes.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law, or if your behavior puts other members at risk. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; certain provisions (such as Sections 4, 7, 8, and 9) survive.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Delroba does not guarantee compatibility, conduct background checks, or verify every statement made by users. You are responsible for your interactions with other members, including any decision to meet in person. Always use your best judgment and prioritize your safety.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delroba and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Delroba in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
9. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Delroba is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country require otherwise.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
